James Castello, CIC

James is a member and past president of the Zachary Chamber of Commerce, was very active in and past president of Zachary Baseball Association. He is also a member and past president of Zachary Rotary Club. He is commissioned as a Notary Public.

His insurance credentials are extensive. He holds a BS degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Business Administration, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF).

Kinta Castello

Kinta, a licensed agent, attended the University of Southeastern Louisiana, handles the accounting and plays a support role in the agency.

Danette Castello

Danette Castello, a licensed agent, and office manager, attended LSU, and continued her education in California and attended numerous insurance schools and seminars. She is a former police officer. She spent five years as an underwriting manager for a large general agency in the Baton Rouge area, where she supervised 10 underwriters. She has extensive knowledge in all forms of personal and commercial insurance.

She is a member of Zachary Rotary Club and serves on their Board of Directors.

Marissa Rogillio

Marissa Rogillio, a licensed agent, has an extensive background in accounting supervision, and research. She plays a major role in the agency and handles anything from quoting, matching customer needs to the proper company, and claims. She continually attends insurance schools and seminars on a regular basis and keeps up with current changes in the insurance marketplace.

Lynn Kling

Lynn Kling, a Customer Service Representative, handles the duties at the front desk, accounting, and customer service. She attended Baton Rouge Technical College and LSU. She has been in and is certified in office management, where she has been active in this role in the Zachary area for over 19 years.
